The problem
Placeholder — replace with the real client context. The client needed a multi-tenant platform that could onboard teams, meter usage and bill automatically, without a large engineering team.
The approach
I designed a single-database multi-tenant model with row-level scoping, built the API in NestJS and the app in Next.js, and integrated Stripe for metered billing.
The outcome
Shipped the first production version in 10 weeks. The architecture handled growth to thousands of accounts with no re-platforming.
